Full-Stack Engineer

Join Casca as a Full-Stack Engineer and be part of a team developing an innovative lending process automation platform. In this role, you'll work with modern technologies including React, TypeScript, Next.js, Python, and PostgreSQL on AWS infrastructure. We're looking for someone with 4+ years of experience who can bring strong technical skills, innovative thinking, and excellent collaboration abilities. The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $125K to $250K plus equity (0.05% – 0.25%). As a remote position, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to a platform that helps banks operate more efficiently.
