.Net Developer

Team CATHEXIS is seeking a .NET Developer to support the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Personnel & Readiness (OSD P&R) in developing and enhancing the Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS). This role involves working on a mission-critical platform used across all P&R offices that enables military units to manage key data on personnel, training readiness, medical records, and deployment status. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement at the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA, requiring candidates to live within commutable distance.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core, along with experience in SQL Server database management. They will be responsible for designing secure, scalable applications, writing clean code, and ensuring system reliability through proper testing and maintenance. The role requires an active DoD Secret Clearance and Security+ certification, demonstrating the high-security nature of the work.
