5G BTS Field Engineer

CED Systems is a dynamic telecommunications startup at the forefront of nationwide 5G deployment, providing crucial support to OEMs and operators in enhancing network connectivity. We are seeking a skilled 5G BTS Field Engineer to join our growing team.

The role involves hands-on work with cutting-edge 5G and LTE technologies, specifically focusing on Nokia equipment installation, configuration, and integration at cell sites. This position is perfect for someone who combines technical expertise with practical field experience in telecommunications infrastructure.

As a Field Engineer, you'll be responsible for both new installations and working with existing technologies, ensuring seamless integration with the network. You'll collaborate closely with construction crews and integration engineers, handling everything from equipment installation to commissioning and integration tasks.

The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in telecommunications sites, with specific expertise in Nokia equipment and BTS manager. You'll need to be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, during maintenance windows, and be capable of physical tasks such as lifting equipment and climbing ladders.
