Senior Engineer

Celestia Labs, pioneering the first modular blockchain network, is seeking a Senior Engineer to join their remote-first, globally distributed team. As a Senior Engineer, you'll lead technical efforts across multiple fronts, from hands-on coding and PR reviews to writing specifications and facilitating technical discussions. The role requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills, with a focus on distributed systems and low-level networking technologies. The tech stack primarily utilizes Golang, with plans to incorporate more Rust in the future.

The ideal candidate brings 3-5 years of hands-on experience with low-level networking technologies, particularly in p2p, distributed systems, and blockchain. You should be highly autonomous, with a proven track record of technical leadership and system design expertise. While blockchain experience is preferred, a genuine enthusiasm for web3 and modular blockchain technology is essential.
