Associate Value Engineer (APAC) - Orbit Program

The Value Engineering team at Celonis is looking for talented individuals to join their Orbit Graduate Program as an Associate Value Engineer. This 12-month program is designed to fast-track your Value Engineering career through hands-on learning, mentorship, and a team culture focused on growth and achievement.

As an Associate Value Engineer, you will:

• Work on customer engagements as part of the Value Engineering team
• Collaborate with customers to uncover core business challenges and determine how Celonis EMS can help achieve their objectives
• Execute proof projects showcasing the value of Celonis EMS
• Design and build solutions in the Celonis EMS to drive value realization
• Frame strategic and quantitative business value for customers
• Build strong relationships with customers as a trusted advisor
• Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering teams
• Create re-usable collateral, best practices & tools

The ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor's and/or master's degree in Technology & Management, Industrial/Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a comparable field
• Work/internship experience
• Passion for technology & big data
• Analytical and creative thinking skills
• Customer-focused mindset
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to multi-task
• Confidence in presenting to C-level executives
• Fluency in English and Korean
