The Orbit Graduate Program is a 12-month program designed to fast-start your Value Engineering career at Celonis. As an Associate Value Engineer, you'll work with the DACH Value Engineering team on customer engagements, collaborating with customers to uncover their core business challenges and determine how Celonis EMS can help them achieve their business objectives. You'll execute proof projects, design and build solutions, frame strategic and quantitative business value, and deliver presentations to senior executives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with customers to uncover business challenges and showcase Celonis EMS value
- Executing proof projects and building solutions in Celonis EMS
- Delivering presentations to senior executives
- Building strong relationships with customers
- Collaborating with internal teams to influence product innovation
- Creating re-usable collateral and best practices
- Traveling to the DACH region to meet clients in person
The ideal candidate should have:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Technology & Management, Industrial/Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a comparable field
- Passion for technology and big data
- Analytical and creative thinking skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong communication skills, fluent in English and German
- Willingness to travel to the DACH region

The role is based in Madrid for the first two years, with the view to relocate to Germany/Switzerland afterward. This position involves travel to meet clients in person in the DACH region.
