The Role: You have worked in a product development or similar role and love helping other engineers bring out their best selves. Your passion is creating and improving systems to make software engineering easier.

In this role, you can expect to apply your experience in engineering to engineering itself. We're looking for someone who is excited to create systems that are both for and by engineers. Our ideal candidate has experience building systems, and is ready to create and socialize new standards for efficient engineering with our teams.
