As a Customer Success Engineer reporting to the Manager of Customer Success and Support, you'll be instrumental in delivering white-glove service to our most valuable customers. This role combines technical expertise with customer service excellence, requiring you to be both a product expert and problem solver. You'll work with the latest security technologies, including our Attack Surface Management Platform and Search products, while guiding customers through training, implementation, and adoption phases.
The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of technical customer-facing experience, with knowledge of security tooling, cloud providers, and network protocols. You'll need proficiency in Python and REST APIs, plus excellent communication skills. We offer competitive compensation ($110,000-$130,000), comprehensive benefits including 401k match, health insurance, and equity.
