The ideal candidate will have experience in workforce development or recruitment, with a strong commitment to social justice and reentry work. They will be responsible for producing up to 5 direct placements monthly, conducting employer outreach, and managing a caseload of participants through the job search and placement process.

They've helped over 30,000 formerly incarcerated individuals secure full-time employment since 1996, serving 8,000-9,000 participants annually across the United States.
