IT Systems Engineer

The IT Systems Engineer at Cepal Hellas Financial Services S.A. is responsible for the company's IT systems infrastructure department. This role involves maintaining, upgrading, and updating user equipment while ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.

Key responsibilities include:

• Proactively ensuring high levels of systems and infrastructure availability
• Investigating and resolving IT & CTI software and hardware issues
• Monitoring application performance and collaborating with developers to implement solutions
• Responding to business requests related to IT and telecommunication issues
• Maintaining security, backup, and redundancy strategies
• Writing custom scripts to enhance system efficiency
• Liaising with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution

The ideal candidate should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant IT department experience
• Knowledge of databases and Cisco network devices (advantage)
• Excellent communication skills in English and Greek
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, servers, cloud services, VMware, and networking
