Responsibilities For Principal Antenna Design Engineer I

  • Design, simulate, build, and test high-frequency antennas
  • Responsible for antenna designs from initial concept through requirements definition
  • Handle topology selection, detailed design, analysis, optimization, manufacturing
  • Testing, qualification, and in-orbit support of Cesium's products
  • Present engineering design review materials to customers and executive team
  • Participate in proposal-writing efforts

Requirements For Principal Antenna Design Engineer I

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or Physics
  • Minimum of 9 years of industry or university research experience in antenna design
  • Phased array design and development experience
  • Expert-level proficiency in 3D electromagnetic simulation tools (CST or HFSS)
  • Strong experience with EDA tools such as Altium
  • Hands-on experience with lab instruments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, asylee or refugee
