Requirements For Principal Responsible Engineer I

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant engineering field (EE, CE, CS, Aerospace, Physics, Systems Engineering)
  • 9 years of industry experience in engineering or project position
  • Expert in project management tools (Microsoft Project and Jira)
  • Technical leadership experience with electrical, mechanical, and software systems
  • Experience mentoring project and design engineers
  • Understanding of aerospace systems engineering processes
  • Experience in driving complex electrical/mechanical development
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be U.S. citizen, permanent resident, asylee or refugee due to export regulations
