Responsibilities For Lead Project Engineer

  • Support civil engineers in daily planning, coordination, and completion of projects
  • Research design criteria based on project scope and jurisdictional requirements
  • Perform site design construction documents using Civil 3D
  • Conduct field site visits to obtain necessary data
  • Complete site investigation and due diligence reports
  • Review technical and civil engineering drawings
  • Manage junior team members
  • Attend client meetings
  • Provide mentoring, coaching, and training

Requirements For Lead Project Engineer

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
  • Professional Engineer Licensure (PE) is preferred
  • 4+ years of professional experience
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, AutoTurn, HydroCAD Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to motivate and mentor a team
