Responsibilities For Project Engineer
- Perform basic site design work on site plans and construction drawings
- Research design criteria based on project scope and jurisdictional requirements
- Perform site design calculations and analysis
- Provide thorough and accurate documentation of calculations
- Compare design options and document findings
- Review technical and civil engineering drawing markups
- Ensure effective civil engineering methodology is adhered to
- Manage workload assignments for departmental co-ops
- Attend internal and external client meetings
Requirements For Project Engineer
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
- Passage of the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Exam is preferred
- 3+ years of professional experience
- Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, AutoTurn, HydroCAD, Microsoft Office Suite
