Responsibilities For Project Engineer

  • Perform basic site design work on site plans and construction drawings using Civil 3D
  • Research design criteria based on project scope and jurisdictional requirements
  • Perform site design calculations and analysis based on researched codes
  • Provide documentation of calculations
  • Compare design options and produce detailed civil engineering studies and reports
  • Review technical and civil engineering drawing markups
  • Manage workload assignments for departmental co-ops
  • Attend internal and external client meetings

Requirements For Project Engineer

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
  • Passage of the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Exam is preferred
  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, AutoTurn, HydroCAD, Microsoft Office Suite
