Sr. Systems Engineer

CGS is seeking a Sr. Systems Engineer to join their team in supporting a wide-ranging technical support initiative for a large Federal agency. The role involves supporting, monitoring, and managing installed systems, applications, and infrastructure. Key responsibilities include working with software engineers and architects to establish and maintain operating systems, implementing system changes, evaluating existing systems, overseeing software and hardware requirements, implementing systems automation, designing security systems, and participating in Agile/Scrum teams for data services projects. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of system engineering experience, proficiency in various programming languages and databases, and experience with cloud services, particularly AWS.
