Description For AWS Infrastructure & DevOps Developer

CI&T is a global tech transformation company with 30 years of experience and 6,000 employees across 10 countries. We're seeking a DevOps Developer with AWS infrastructure experience for one of our major international financial clients. This role is 100% on-site in Campinas due to security requirements. You'll be developing products for financial market clients, facilitating the purchase of mutual funds, ETFs, retirement plans, bonds, and other financial products. The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing cloud infrastructures, particularly AWS services, and CI/CD tools. This role involves improving client infrastructure/platform, leading initiatives, solving production issues, supporting development teams, and interacting with various stakeholders across the organization. Responsibilities For AWS Infrastructure & DevOps Developer

  • Design, maintain and optimize AWS ECS and EKS clusters to ensure high availability and performance
  • Lead production issue troubleshooting, providing timely resolution and root cause analysis
  • Engage with development teams to answer questions, provide support and share best practices
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders about cluster status, incidents and ongoing improvements
  • Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines using Bamboo and GitHub Actions
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes and troubleshooting guides
  • Follow organization's cloud infrastructure strategy

Requirements For AWS Infrastructure & DevOps Developer

Python
Kubernetes
  • Solid experience as DevOps/SRE with strong focus on AWS and CI/CD tools
  • Proficiency in AWS services (ECS, EKS, IAM, S3, LoadBalancers, etc.)
  • Experience with Jenkins, Bamboo, GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tools
  • Ability to mentor and train junior team members
  • Experience with scripting languages for automation (e.g., Python, Bash)
  • Understanding of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, CloudWatch or NewRelic)
  • Experience with IaC tools (Terraform or CloudFormation)
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Ability to facilitate collaboration between teams
