Mid-level Backend Java Developer

CI&T is seeking a Mid-level Backend Java Developer to join their team working on strategic financial technology projects. The role focuses on modernizing systems responsible for TED compensation and settlement, bills, and card operations throughout Brazil. This position requires expertise in Java development and AI prompt engineering using Flow, CI&T's AI tool.

The ideal candidate will work on high-volume, high-throughput systems that demand robust security and interoperability. You'll be part of a dedicated team creating agents/prompts using Flow, requiring solid experience in prompt construction and practical application of Flow usage.
