Mid-level Data Developer

CI&T is seeking a Mid-level Data Developer to join their team for a global client opportunity. The ideal candidate should be self-sufficient, proactive, and possess both deep technical expertise and excellent communication skills. This role focuses on building technological solutions encompassing the entire data lifecycle, with expertise in data ingestion, transformation, governance, organization, and provisioning.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining efficient and scalable data solutions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement practical solutions
• Conducting data analysis to extract insights and support decision-making
• Ensuring data integrity and security
• Participating in code reviews and promoting best development practices

Requirements:

• Experience in data development, including ETL and data modeling
• Experience with data migration and data optimization
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
• Experience with data integration tools, such as Microsoft Integration Services (SSIS) or Microsoft Data Factory (or Fabric)
• Advanced English skills
