Responsibilities For Mid-level Data Developer
- Ensure data is received, processed, transformed, stored and accessible in accordance with business requirements
- Build and manage robust data pipelines, ensuring efficient database maintenance in large-scale environments (Big Data)
- Manage high-scale data, applying advanced techniques to ensure data quality and integrity
- Gather, prepare and transform data for analysis, correcting possible processing failures and optimizing the data pipeline
- Model new databases and build ETL/ELT according to new business requests and demands
- Add value through data construction, structuring and optimization for effective use by analysts and other end users
Requirements For Mid-level Data Developer
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines applied to data loading, using tools like Databricks Workflows
- Experience in designing, building and delivering data pipelines in scalable environments like Azure Databricks
- Solid experience with SQL, including Databricks SQL Analytics
- Proficiency in Python, applying it in data processing environments like Databricks
- Practical knowledge in Spark
- Experience with version control systems like Git or Bitbucket
- Good communication and teamwork skills
