Mid-Level Frontend Developer (React)

CI&T is seeking Frontend Developers (ReactJS + JavaScript + TypeScript) to join our dynamic team. You will be part of a multidisciplinary product Squad composed of various profiles and a mix of people from CI&T and the client. You will participate in Squad rituals such as planning, daily, demo, and retro, as well as 1:1s with leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Define delivery objectives and plan activities.
• Help colleagues overcome obstacles and resolve blockers.
• Participate in implementation decisions and product architecture improvements.
• Implement solutions focusing on simplicity, quality, and performance.
• Maintain and review code through Code Review and Pair Programming.
• Develop and understand tests (unit, integrated, and functional).
• Use data to identify improvements and map opportunities.
• Investigate, test, and propose new technologies.
• Keep documentation up to date.
• Work collaboratively, giving and receiving feedback.
• Communicate clearly and effectively.
• Encourage a culture of sharing opinions and respect in discussions.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Frontend programming with ReactJS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, used with React (styled-components, CSS modules, or similar)
• Consumption of RESTful APIs
• Version control with Git using tools like Github, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or similar
• Knowledge of frontend development best practices and ReactJS design patterns
• Knowledge of state management libraries (Redux, Context API, Zustand, etc.)

Differentials:

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, CircleCI)
• Knowledge of AWS products and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Lambda, Secrets Manager, SQS)
• Knowledge of backend development (Java, Node.js)
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
