Description For Mid-Level QA Engineer

CI&T is a global tech transformation company with 30 years of experience and 6,000 employees across 10 countries. We're seeking a detail-oriented Mid-Level QA Engineer to join our Real Estate technology team. This role combines manual testing expertise for both frontend and backend applications with strong analytical and communication skills.

As a QA Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring software quality through comprehensive testing strategies. You'll execute manual tests, develop test plans, manage test data, and conduct integration testing while working with cross-functional teams in Brazil and the US. The position requires someone who can effectively document and track defects, analyze metrics, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in manual testing, advanced English proficiency, and strong SQL knowledge. We value professionals who can think analytically and solve problems effectively. Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and familiarity with Java and Selenium is a plus.
