Senior Data Developer (RAG | AI)

CI&T is seeking a Senior Data Developer specializing in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and AI for a project in the financial sector. The role involves developing data pipelines, implementing AI solutions, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining efficient, scalable data pipelines
• Implementing a complete cycle for data pipeline construction
• Preparing and structuring data for AI models
• Developing and training AI solutions with a focus on RAG practices
• Continuously measuring and improving model accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborating with teams to integrate AI solutions into products and services
• Documenting processes and sharing knowledge
• Creating and optimizing prompts for data pipeline development

Requirements:

• Strong programming skills in Python
• Experience with vectorized databases like Azure Vector and Elasticsearch
• Practical experience with fundamental AI models (GPT, Claude, etc.)
• Advanced experience in big data and analytics
• Knowledge of machine learning and deep learning
• Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Experience with cloud platforms (Databricks, Azure, AWS)
• Innovative profile with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Passion for continuous learning and keeping up with AI trends
• Experience in Computer Vision
• Experience in DevOps practices for automation and continuous integration
