Senior React Developer

CI&T is seeking a Senior React Developer located in Brazil for a remote position. As a Senior Front-End React Developer, you will be responsible for employing best practices in software engineering and architecture, with an emphasis on continuous improvement and delivering high-quality solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coding with excellence, using best practices to ensure code quality and maintainability
• Structuring and leading technical refinements, creating and maintaining artifacts such as architecture diagrams
• Supporting the Squad Leader in preparing the team's planning by explaining technical refinements
• Actively participating in rituals to understand technical needs
• Providing insights into the development and evolution of scalable and high-performance solutions
• Supporting the technical and behavioral development of team members
• Integrating systems by retrieving, transforming, and sending information
• Coding and structuring automated tests (TDD) to ensure the quality of deliverables
• Structuring and conducting code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and the client's quality gates

Requirements:

• Solid knowledge of React
• Experience with TypeScript
• Experience with microservices and micro-frontends architectures
• Knowledge of Git
• Experience in writing and maintaining tests, preferably with Jest
• Advanced English proficiency

Differentiators:

• Knowledge of Docker
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD)
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps
• Experience with agile methodologies
