Sr Advocate Developer

CI&T is seeking a passionate Senior Developer Advocate to join their team and drive the adoption of their Flow platform, a GenAI solution that accelerates software development through AI agents. With 6,000 employees across 10 countries, CI&T combines the disruptive power of Artificial Intelligence with human expertise to help large companies navigate technology and business changes.

The role focuses on building and nurturing a developer community around the Flow platform. Key responsibilities include creating educational content, conducting workshops, gathering community feedback, and serving as a bridge between developers and the product team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in software development, excellent communication skills, and experience in developer relations or technical evangelism.

This position offers the flexibility of remote work or office-based work in the Campinas metropolitan region. The role provides an opportunity to directly impact how the community utilizes the Flow platform while promoting an environment of learning and innovation in the GenAI space.
