Responsibilities For Software Verification Engineer
- Design, program, and test automotive, mobile, and embedded software
- Review software architecture and requirements specifications
- Develop low-level design for software verification and testing
- Implement software design into code using state-of-the-art algorithms
- Develop automation scripts using test frameworks
- Perform various software verification phases
- Report software problems and bugs in issue tracking systems
- Set up and maintain test devices, benches, and vehicles
Requirements For Software Verification Engineer
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering
- Computer Science, software development, and testing fundamentals knowledge
- Experience with embedded operating systems (Android, QNX, Linux)
- Knowledge of Android and Infotainment software systems
- Experience with automotive networks and protocols (CAN, LIN, MOST, Ethernet AVB)
- Proficiency in Java, C/C++, Perl, Python, XML, Windows, and UNIX shell
- Understanding of software verification phases
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and simulation
