Senior or Staff Site Reliability Engineer - Performance Engineering

In this role, you'll leverage your extensive experience in DevOps and SRE to ensure Circle's products and core systems run consistently, reliably, and performantly. Key responsibilities include:

1. Supporting development teams with agile CI/CD platforms
2. Building and securing cloud infrastructure using IaC tools
3. Automating operational tasks with Go, Python, and serverless solutions
4. Managing Kubernetes clusters for production workloads
5. Driving blockchain infrastructure across various chains
6. Participating in on-call rotations and conducting root cause analysis
7. Planning disaster recovery scenarios
8. Collaborating on security-focused tools and frameworks
9. Mentoring team members and helping scale the team

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles, with a strong background in cloud infrastructure, containerization, and automation. You should be proficient in Go, Python, and shell scripting, and have experience with CI/CD platforms, Kubernetes, and database technologies.
