As a Customer Delivery Consulting Engineer at Cisco, you'll be an integral part of the Customer Experience (CX) team delivering Business Critical Services. You'll work as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, helping customers understand their network, reduce risks, and leverage technology to meet business objectives. Key responsibilities include creating customer deliverable documentation, delivering design workshops and consultancy services, providing operations consulting and knowledge transfers, serving as an escalation point for critical issues, and supporting architecture changes and implementations. You'll work with a team of talented Cisco and National Security Organization (NSO) Architects, Technical Leaders, Consulting Engineers, Project Managers, and Delivery Leaders.
Requirements:
Desired skills include experience with Cisco standard methodologies, ability to lead teams in troubleshooting complex network problems, crisis management skills, strong communication and customer relationship skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and experience with Quality of Service (QoS) development and implementation.
