Senior Customer Success Architect

The Solutions Architect (SA) team is a distributed team of subject matter experts in Kubernetes, Cloud Native technologies, and networking. The team is primarily responsible for our customers' value realization with Cisco Isovalent Cilium Enterprise. SAs engage daily with customers, bringing deep expertise in cloud native technologies to ensure reliable production workloads. They are thought leaders, great collaborators, and problem solvers who coordinate with multiple groups to bring the best of Cisco Isovalent and our product to our customers.

As a Senior Customer Success Architect, you will:

• Help customers be successful with Cilium Enterprise
• Engage with assigned customer accounts to accelerate their value realization
• Build deep technical relationships with key customer stakeholders
• Conduct workshops on existing and new product capabilities
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve customer issues
• Create training materials, reference architectures, and product documentation
• Stay passionate about technology and bring expertise in Open Source Software, Kubernetes, and cloud providers

This role requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience in advanced Kubernetes architectural components, helping customers adopt Kubernetes at scale, and working with major cloud providers. Strong networking knowledge, including Kubernetes networking, is essential.

Preferred qualifications include knowledge of cloud-native security best practices, experience with observability, designing enterprise-grade Kubernetes systems, and familiarity with automation tools. The ideal candidate should be able to provide well-structured technical reasoning and make informed recommendations for cloud-native solutions.
