In your role as a Senior Solution Architect Service Provider at Cisco, you'll offer technical mentorship and leadership, delivering outstanding Design and Architecture consultancy to strategic clients. Your responsibilities will include architecting comprehensive multi-domain solutions, navigating implementation complexities, and overcoming deployment hurdles. You'll coach L1/L2/L3 support teams, enhancing their capabilities in issue resolution and problem management. Your mentorship will ensure successful customer outcomes throughout the full lifecycle—Operate, Advise, Implement, and Optimize. You'll address major concerns from partners, setting the bar for service delivery in the Service Provider sector. By ensuring seamless operational execution, you'll help customers achieve their goals and drive their success. Your thought leadership will shape technology strategies, influencing decisions and positioning Cisco's services as integral to business growth and transformation.
You'll work with the Customer Experience (CX) Professional Services division, which plays a pivotal role in helping customers embrace new technology initiatives. As a key member of the SP (Service Provider) Accounts Team within CX, you'll be directly involved in pioneering projects leveraging innovative technologies.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in solution design, deployment, and support within a Service Provider environment, specializing in IP Technologies and Solutions. A robust technical foundation in design, deployment, and incident management is crucial, ideally with hands-on experience in IP networks in the Telecom-SP sector. Expertise in Transport technologies, including MPLS, SR, SRv6, and CEN, is required. Holding a Cisco CCIE certification (R&S or SP) is non-negotiable, and an ITIL certification would be a significant plus.
Key responsibilities include streamlining customer issue resolution, assessing requirements and formulating technical solutions, enhancing customer loyalty, adding value during partner engagements, upholding industry standards, incorporating Cisco's best practices, enabling partner capabilities, fostering strong relationships with customer sales leadership and Cisco partners, aligning Cisco solutions with customer business imperatives, and acting as the voice of the customer within Cisco.
