As a Civil Engineer in the Capital Delivery Section, you'll be responsible for overseeing water and wastewater pipeline design, management, and construction projects. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Professional Engineer registration (or ability to obtain within 6 months), and 4 years of relevant experience, including 2 years of project management.
Key responsibilities include reviewing construction plans, managing complex water/sewer projects, interpreting TCEQ requirements, and providing technical leadership to team members. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with various stakeholders and overseeing critical infrastructure developments.
