The City of Fort Worth, serving nearly 1,000,000 residents, is seeking a Senior PeopleSoft Developer to join their IT Solutions' ERP Support division. This role offers a competitive salary range of $97,751 - $127,076 annually, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and a pension plan.

The position requires expertise in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, with a focus on core HR, payroll, and various HR modules. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in ERP systems design/administration and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Responsibilities For Sr PeopleSoft Developer

  • Provide conceptual and architectural guidance for solution design
  • Develop and maintain departmental design artifacts
  • Support, maintain and enhance PeopleSoft systems
  • Design and develop complex customizations to PeopleSoft applications
  • Perform unit testing activities
  • Maintain documentation for development activities
  • Collaborate with co-workers to refine business requirements
  • Troubleshoot issues with PeopleSoft functionality
  • Lead and mentor PeopleSoft staff
  • Participate in on-call rotation

Requirements For Sr PeopleSoft Developer

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Five years of experience supporting ERP systems design/administration
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Must pass CJIS background check
  • Experience with PeopleSoft Application Designer
  • Knowledge of PeopleCode, Application Engine, COBOL, SQR, SQL
  • Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2
