As a Lead Web Developer, you'll work remotely with a cross-functional team of marketers, designers, and developers. Responsibilities For Lead Web Developer
- Build new features and optimize existing features for global web properties including clari.com
- Define, architect, and build website for Product-Led-Growth
- Establish and own best-practices for web-application assets security and scalability
- Translate design, functional, and IA-requirements to scalable CMS components
- Solve end-to-end technical issues across the full marketing stack
- Coach and guide stakeholders about design system components
- QA and build/publish content as needed
Requirements For Lead Web Developer
- Fluency in front-end technologies: HTML, SASS/CSS, PHP, JS, Vue/React
- Experience with Optimizely/Episerver and development for Azure, .NET and ASP environments
- Knowledge of CMS systems (Wordpress, Drupal)
- DevOps expertise with GIT, CI/CD
- Advanced ability to translate design requirements to CMS components
- Familiarity with Design and Content tools: Figma, Markdown, SVG, Lottie
- Understanding of UX-principles and Design Systems
- Experience with marketing stack integration (OneTrust, Marketo, SFDC, Google Tag Manager, GA4)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrable experience onboarding cross-functional teams
