Staff Software Engineer, Align

The Align team at Clari focuses on collaboration, working closely in Scrum teams composed of PMs, designers, engineers, and customer success advocates. They move fast and ship often while maintaining quality.

As a Staff Software Engineer for the Align team, you will:

• Drive collaboration among engineers, designers, and product managers
• Architect, build, and improve application components, focusing on sales rep productivity and planning cadences
• Lead engineering initiatives for code improvements and refactoring
• Create a robust 3rd-party API integration framework
• Oversee API design, documentation, and code generation
• Maintain and optimize application runtime observability and availability
• Actively participate in the Scrum process and mentor fellow engineers

The ideal candidate will have:

• 8+ years of experience with object-oriented programming
• Strong experience in distributed systems, PostgreSQL, software development best practices, CI/CD, and building scalable service integrations
• Solid experience with observability in web applications and working in a continuous delivery environment
