Description For Growth Engineer

Clarify is seeking a Growth Engineer to join their engineering team as the first dedicated growth-focused engineer. This role represents a unique opportunity to work directly with the founders to build experiences that empower the marketing, sales, and customer success teams. The position combines software engineering expertise with business growth initiatives, requiring someone who excels at both technical implementation and understanding business operations.

The role involves developing high-quality software solutions across various growth initiatives, including virality features, marketing optimization, SEO systems, and partnership platforms. You'll be responsible for establishing growth engineering standards while working with cutting-edge technologies including React, TypeScript, Next.js, and AI-driven solutions.

As the ideal candidate, you'll bring 4-6 years of software engineering experience, with a particular focus on the intersection of go-to-market strategies and technical implementation. You'll need to demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a track record of taking projects from conception to production.

Responsibilities For Growth Engineer

  • Design and develop high-quality software, drive architectural decisions, and full product delivery life cycle
  • Work with cofounders to scope, build, deploy, and optimize MarTech, RevTech, SalesOps, and generalized Ops experiences
  • Dive into projects across the company and scale processes with engineering
  • Establish standards and best practices for growth engineering
  • Develop and grow various tools across our marketing stack
  • Build and deploy virality initiatives
  • Optimize growth motions including paid ads, email marketing, content marketing
  • Build SEO content deployment engine
  • Develop partnership onboarding and support system

Requirements For Growth Engineer

  • 4-6 years of software engineering experience
  • Experience working at the intersection of GTM and engineering
