Founding Full-Stack Engineer

As a Founding Full-Stack Engineer, you'll join a team building AI agents that handle scheduling, billing, and prescription refills, serving thousands of patients monthly.

The role involves developing outbound voice and SMS engagement tools, creating healthcare staff monitoring applications, scaling the conversational AI platform, and integrating with various healthcare systems. You'll work with cutting-edge technology including LLMs, voice synthesis, and real-time transcription.

The company has strong market validation with dozens of paying customers and backing from prestigious investors including Accel, Y Combinator, and Sequoia. Their technical founding team includes a Stanford/Harvard-trained physician and an ex-Amazon Alexa engineer.

Requirements include 3+ years of technical experience, proficiency in NodeJS, TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL, and AWS infrastructure. You should be familiar with conversational AI systems and comfortable working in HIPAA-compliant environments.
