Software Engineer - Front End Engineer - Trading Systems

We are seeking a Senior Front End Engineer to join our Securities Finance Engineering team. This role offers a unique opportunity to build large-scale, sophisticated trading systems on a modern and scalable technology stack from scratch.

Key Responsibilities: • Build highly efficient and intuitive web-based trading interfaces for our trading desk and external customers • Work closely with backend engineers to define the optimal API surface for your product • Monitor and collect usage statistics on your products and improve them iteratively • Create end-to-end tests to validate UI functionality

Requirements: • 5+ years of experience building REACT-based front-ends • Experience building highly dynamic pages using SSEs/web sockets • Experience writing front-end tests using Cypress or a similar framework

Bonus Points: • Experience building trading systems • Worked in an environment where you rapidly iterated your product with users • Prior experience going from zero to one (building and rolling out a new product)
