Analytics Engineer

As an Analytics Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and enhancing our data platform, ensuring it supports data-driven insights while safeguarding member privacy and security.

You'll be working with a tech stack that includes SQL, Python, Looker, Snowflake, Dagster, and dbt. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and maintaining scalable, self-service data platforms
• Developing robust processes for data transformation and management
• Owning and managing end-to-end data pipelines
• Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights
• Leading the development of data models and analytics workflows
• Maintaining a strong focus on privacy and data security
• Driving architectural improvements in data processes

We're looking for someone with:

• 6+ years of experience in data engineering
• Proficiency in building and managing data pipelines
• Expertise in modern data tools like dbt and visualization platforms
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in mentoring team members
• Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

The base salary range for this role is $145,000 - $175,000, depending on skills and experience.
