Staff Software Engineer

CLEAR, a leader in digital and biometric identification with over 25+ million members worldwide, is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to help build their next generation of identity products. This role offers an opportunity to work on a platform that interconnects various attributes and qualifications while maintaining member privacy and security. The position involves full-stack development using technologies like Java, JavaScript, React, TypeScript, Python, and PostgreSQL in an AWS cloud environment.

The ideal candidate will have 9+ years of software development experience and strong expertise in cloud-based application development, particularly with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes. You'll be responsible for advancing capabilities across various industries, developing code across the full stack, and driving engineering excellence through best practices in testing, documentation, and observability.
