Responsibilities For Software Engineer II

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems using ServiceNow, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and API integrations
  • Enhancing and modifying ServiceNow workflows, logic, and forms
  • Developing and implementing scripts, business rules, policies, and ACLs
  • Integrating APIs to improve system functionality and automation
  • Troubleshooting and resolving software issues
  • Collaborating with team members to improve ticket routing and status tracking

Requirements For Software Engineer II

JavaScript
Node.js
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or four additional years of SWE experience)
  • Two years of experience developing and customizing core ServiceNow applications
  • Four years of IT application systems experience in technology solutions delivery
  • Experience configuring ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements
  • Experience integrating third-party software and APIs using REST and SOAP
  • ServiceNow System Administrator or ServiceNow Application Developer certification
