Responsibilities For Android SDK Engineer
- Design, configure and build CleverTap SDK to meet business processes and requirements
- Design and build applications for Android & hybrid environments like React-Native & Flutter
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the SDKs
- Collaborate with a team of developers to define, design, and ship new features
- Collaborate with support and documentation teams to enhance existing processes and developer documentation
- Perform manual QA and regression testing for new features
- Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality
- Have knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architecture, trends, and emerging technologies
Requirements For Android SDK Engineer
- 3-5 years of experience in development in Android along with React-Native or Flutter
- Engineering in CS or related domains
- Knowledge of Android OS architecture and related conceptual technologies
- Knowledge of JAVA or Kotlin along with strong CS & OS fundamentals
- Understanding hybrid frameworks like Flutter, React Native, Unity, and Cordova
- Have one or more Android apps developed in Android/Flutter/React-Native
- Knowledge of Git version control, Github & Bitbucket
- Exposure to unit-test automation frameworks for apps/SDKs written for Android
- Knowledge of Gradle tasks and automating builds using CI/CD tools
