CleverTap, a leading customer engagement platform, is seeking a Customer Onboarding Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful implementation of the CleverTap Platform for new customers, focusing on reducing Time to Value (TTV).

As an Onboarding Engineer, you'll be at the intersection of technical implementation and customer success, working directly with clients to implement solutions that drive their business objectives.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in mobile technologies, APIs, and integration techniques, combined with excellent project management and customer-facing skills. You'll work closely with Customer Success Managers and various internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and successful platform adoption.

Responsibilities For Customer Onboarding Engineer

  • Ensure smooth and fast onboarding of customers to CleverTap platform
  • Work with Customer Success Manager to build relationships, educate, and train customers
  • Act as a product consultant to help define technical solutions
  • Participate in technical discussions to identify use cases and technical enhancements
  • Document technical requirements and create content
  • Estimate schedules, timelines, and track customer objectives

Requirements For Customer Onboarding Engineer

  • Hands-on knowledge of Mobile technologies/Platforms (Android, iOS, Hybrid)
  • Experience with Web Technologies, APIs & Integration Techniques
  • Project Management and Technical Problem Solving skills
  • Understanding of Business process, Software design and deployment
  • Knowledge of Database concepts
  • 2-3 Years experience of Onboarding SaaS customers (preferred)
  • 4+ years of experience in customer-facing role involving SaaS Product Implementation
