Onboarding Engineer

CleverTap, an all-in-one engagement platform, is seeking an Onboarding Engineer to join their team in Sao Paulo, Brazil. This hybrid role is crucial in ensuring the successful implementation of CleverTap's Mobile and Web Application SDKs and smooth onboarding of new customers.

As an Onboarding Engineer, you'll work directly with technical stakeholders and development teams, guiding them through the integration of CleverTap's SDKs and APIs. Your focus will be on reducing "Time to Value" (TTV) for clients and building strong relationships with customers. You'll act as a product consultant, helping to define technical solutions, troubleshoot issues, and conduct technical audits to ensure adherence to CleverTap guidelines.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Mobile App Development (Android, iOS, Hybrid), Web Technologies, and API integration. Strong problem-solving skills, understanding of software design and deployment, and the ability to present in Portuguese, Spanish, and English are essential. Experience in SaaS product implementation and mobile app development is highly valued.
