Production Support Engineer (Java)

CleverTap is seeking a Production Support Engineer (Java) to join their team in Mumbai. This role is crucial for providing production support, ensuring product availability, and resolving issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily support and on-call engineering support to resolve production issues promptly
• Interface with customer support to address technical issues
• Collaborate with technical teams to enhance product quality
• Develop debugging tools
• Adhere to coding standards, unit-testing, and code reviews
• Follow release cycles and commit to timelines

Requirements:

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of Java programming experience
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Familiarity with Linux commands and API Frameworks
• Android or iOS development experience is a plus
