Senior Automation QA Engineer

CleverTap, a global growth stage B2B SaaS startup, is seeking a Senior Automation QA Engineer to join their dynamic team in Mumbai. As a Senior QA Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring bug-free product releases across different product lanes. You'll be responsible for defining systems and processes to identify bugs, improving product quality, and implementing automation where possible.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing test plans and scenarios, writing programs to identify bugs
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define software acceptance criteria
• Participating in requirements and design review meetings
• Analyzing various testing requirements for Business, Functional, Technical, Mobile applications, and UI
• Preparing reports on software testing and educating teams on common bug scenarios
• Automating test cases for UI and API scenarios, contributing to automation frameworks

The ideal candidate should have:

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in QA, preferably with Product Companies
• 2+ years of experience in Automation
• Strong experience in Java or Javascript
• Experience with UI and/or API test automation tools
• Experience in Web, Mobile, and API Testing using Agile methodologies

Additional desired skills include experience with Continuous Integration systems, Karate or TestCafe, and security + scale testing experience.
