Senior Frontend Engineer

CleverTap is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join their team in Mumbai. This role involves working closely with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other frontend engineers to design, build, deploy, and scale various frontend interfaces for the CleverTap Platform.

Key responsibilities include:

• Translating UI/UX design wireframes into programming specifications
• Developing programs in HTML, JavaScript, etc., to produce visual elements of the application
• Working on Front-end SPA frameworks, particularly Vue.js
• Participating in team meetings and communicating clearly
• Improving user experience of Frontend modules
• Building and enhancing frameworks and tools to improve development experience
• Writing bug-free code that conforms to coding guidelines and best practices

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in front-end development
• Proficiency in SPA frameworks like Vue.js, React, or Angular (3+ years experience)
• Deep understanding of vanilla JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, OOP, SOLID principles, and TypeScript
• Knowledge of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms (LESS, SASS)
• Understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
• Experience with cross-browser compatibility issues
• Practical knowledge of Node.js, npm, and webpack
