The position involves providing excellent customer service across the APJ region, North America, and EMEA. As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll handle customer interactions through various channels including chat, calls, Slack, and virtual meetings. Your responsibilities will range from triaging support tickets to supporting the user community and assisting with technical aspects of POCs.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge in SQL databases, OLAP, cloud-native SaaS, and distributed systems. Previous experience in roles such as Support Engineer, Database Administrator, or Solutions Engineer is essential. The role requires excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
