Responsibilities For Quality Engineer

  • Perform manual testing of ClickUp's web application to identify and report defects
  • Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the product meets quality standards
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the product's usability and functionality
  • Document and track software defects and issues
  • Investigate and reproduce reported customer issues
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on the latest testing methodologies and tools
  • Optional: Explore automation testing using Cypress and other relevant tools

Requirements For Quality Engineer

JavaScript
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Proven experience in manual testing of web applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Familiarity with project management and productivity software is a plus
  • Optional: Experience with automation testing tools, particularly Cypress, is a bonus
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
