Senior Solutions Engineer

ClickUp is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to serve as a technical partner for Sales and Success teams, focusing on bringing in new customers, expanding existing accounts, and accelerating revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, skilled presenter, and has strong technical aptitude to solve client challenges.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering technical presentations on products and integrations
• Resolving technical issues and implementing custom solutions
• Designing and managing proof of concept projects
• Building custom reports and dashboards
• Assisting with RFPs and staying current on new features

The role requires:

• 6+ years in customer-facing technology roles
• 2+ years working with Enterprise clients
• Understanding of cloud transformation and change management
• Strong influence skills for technical and executive audiences
• Creative problem-solving and eagerness to learn new technologies
• Experience with integration platforms and APIs
