Responsibilities For Solutions Engineer

  • Partner with sales and success to deliver technical presentations
  • Resolve technical issues and facilitate data migrations
  • Design, develop, and deploy customer-specific proof of concept projects
  • Build custom reports and dynamic dashboards
  • Assist with RFPs
  • Maintain updated demo spaces for sales

Requirements For Solutions Engineer

  • 6+ years in a customer facing role with technology
  • 2+ years demonstrable success working with commercial clients
  • Bachelors of Science in technical field preferred
  • Masters degree or other advanced degree preferred
  • Professional certifications (PMP, CSM, etc.) preferred
  • Understanding of application deployment processes
  • Strong customer-facing skills
  • Experience with integration platforms
  • Creative problem solving skills
